The coupon is good for one-time use only and must be surrendered at the time of redemption. Quest Cash cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, including employee discounts, loyalty discounts, or Daily Quest Bonuses. Multiple coupons may be redeemed during the redemption period on the same day/transaction. One Quest Cash coupon may be redeemed for every $25 spent. Not responsible for lost or stolen coupons. Quest Cash may not be used to pay for birthday parties or group deposits. Quest Cash is used for promotional purposes only. Not valid for cash or cash equivalent.

Q: How do guests earn Quest Cash? expand

A: Any guest with a Kids Quest child care invoice whose net total¹ is over $50 will be eligible to receive Quest Cash. Any guest with a Cyber Quest Club Card purchase/reload whose daily visit total² is over $50 will be eligible to receive Quest Cash.

¹ Net total is the amount paid after discounts and promotions are applied.
² Daily visit total is the amount paid on single or multiple Club Card purchase(s)/reload(s) in a given day.
Q: Can a guest earn Quest Cash for the purchase of a birthday party or group invoice? Or converted it to play credits on a Cyber Quest Club Card? expand

A: Quest Cash at Kids Quest is earned on childcare and retail invoices only. Parties or group admission deposits are not eligible. Quest Cash at Cyber Quest is earned on Club Card purchases/reloads only. Parties or group admission deposits are not eligible.
Q: Are guests eligible to receive additional Quest Cash for every multiple of $50 that they spend? expand

A: Unfortunately, only one voucher can be earned per transaction.
Q: What if a guest loses their Quest Cash? expand

A: Unfortunately, Quest Cash is treated as cash. If a guest loses their voucher, we cannot replace it.
Q: How do guests redeem Quest Cash? expand

A: Guests can redeem their Quest Cash between September 1, 2026 – October 11, 2026, to be used toward any eligible purchase of $25 or more¹ at Kids Quest or any eligible Club Card purchase/reload at Cyber Quest.

A: Yes, Quest Cash will be valid for redemption starting on September 1, 2026, and will expire on October 11, 2026.
Q: Can I redeem more than one Quest Cash voucher in a transaction? expand

A: Yes. Guests can only earn one Quest cash voucher per transaction, but no limit on how many a guest can redeem during the redemption period, for each $25 spent.
Q: Can I combine Quest Cash with other offers or discounts? expand

A: Unfortunately, Quest Cash cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts; including employee and loyalty discounts. Cyber Quest guests will not receive daily quest bonus credits or any additional bonus or free play during coupon redemption transactions.
