Kids Quest FAQs

General

What ages does Kids Quest care for?

At most Kids Quest locations, hourly child care is for children 30 months through 12 years old. Our Coushatta and Mohegan Sun locations also offer Tiny Tots for children 6 weeks to 29 months, so those two locations care for kids 6 weeks through 12 years.

Can I stay and play with my kids?

Kids Quest is hourly child care: kids play with our teammates while you enjoy the resort. Our motto says it best: Play Time for Kids, Free Time for You! To play together, visit Cyber Quest, our family arcade, at locations that have one.

Can I leave the property after dropping my child off?

At most locations, no. Parents must stay on the resort property while their child is in Kids Quest’s care. Our Boulder Station, Green Valley Ranch, Red Rock, Santa Fe Station and Sunset Station locations are licensed by the State of Nevada, so parents may leave the property there; see those location pages for details.

Do I need to bring anything for my child?

Kids Quest is a shoe-free environment, so kids wear socks, which are also sold on-site. For infants, bring diapers, formula, a bottle or sippy cup, baby food, a change of clothes, wipes and a pacifier as needed. Please leave phones, other electronics and toys at home.

What if my child has a food allergy?

Tell a teammate about any allergy when you check in. We offer a variety of food options, but we can’t promise there will be items that fit every child’s dietary needs.

How do your teammates handle behavior?

We don’t discipline children in our care; teammates redirect unwanted behavior and work with families to prevent it. If needed for the safety of all children, we may ask a family to pick up their child. A manager on duty is happy to answer questions.

What are your teammates' qualifications?

Every teammate is trained in CPR, first aid and play-based activities, with ongoing training throughout their employment. All employees undergo a background check as part of our hiring process. In an emergency, our teams work directly with the resort’s on-site EMTs and security staff.

What are your hours?

Kids Quest is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays. Hours vary by location and season, so check your location page before you visit.

Pricing

How much does Kids Quest cost?

Kids Quest is priced per child, per hour, and rates vary by location and your child’s age. Each location page lists its current rates.

What is included in the hourly price?

All games and activity areas are included, from karaoke and the large play structure to video games and monthly themes. Snacks and meals at the Quest Café are extra.

Do I need a reservation?

No. Kids Quest is first-come, first-served. Pre-registering online speeds up your first check-in. Reservations are only required for birthday parties and groups.

Is there a time limit on how long my child can stay?

Limits follow local and state regulations, so they vary by location. At our Nevada locations, children can stay up to five hours a day. Children staying four hours or more need a meal every four hours. Call your center before your visit with any questions.

Is there a discount for multiple kids?

Hours for every child on your family account count toward Loyalty Rewards, so three kids for four hours earns 12 hours toward a free hour. Members also get special discounts each month.

Loyalty Rewards

How does the Loyalty Rewards program work?

It’s free to join in person at the Kids Quest front counter with a valid email address and your resort players club card on file. Every 15 paid hours earns a free hour of care, and hours add up for all children on the same family account. See the program details.

Are there other member benefits?

Yes. Members get special discounts each month and are the first to hear about center and community events.

Registration

What do I need to check my child in?

Bring a photo ID. On your first visit we’ll ask for health and allergy information, an email address, your players club card, emergency contacts and a Quest Café spending allowance. You’ll review a daily authorization form, and you and your child each get a matching bar-coded label that is checked against your photo ID at pickup.

Can I pre-register?

Yes. Pre-registering before your first visit speeds up check-in. Go to Pre-register, choose the Kids Quest you’re visiting and fill out its form.

What immunization records are required in Nevada?

Our Boulder Station, Green Valley Ranch, Red Rock, Santa Fe Station and Sunset Station locations are licensed by the State of Nevada. Clark County residents must provide immunization records before their child’s first visit, and records must be updated every year. Families from outside Clark County staying 15 consecutive days or less can be conditionally admitted by signing a daily authorization and showing proof of residency, such as a driver’s license. Records can’t be submitted online, so bring them to the center.
