Corn Ranch Dip
3/10/21
This one is delicious, easy to make, and given the obsession, most people have for ranch dressing, it’s going to be a slam-dunk, go-to recipe your family will love. It’s the perfect treat to enjoy during a Netflix binge, a family barbeque, or a group potluck or party.
You will need:
- 1 16-Ounce container of sour cream
- 1 15-Ounce can of sweet corn (drained)
- 1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix
- ½ Cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ Teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Tortilla chips, veggies, or Fritos Scoops for dipping
- Medium-size mixing bowl
Instructions:
Mix sour cream, canned sweet corn, cheddar cheese, cayenne, and ranch dip mix in the mixing bowl
Place the dip in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour before serving.
Serve with warm tortilla chips or fresh veggies
Tips and Suggestions:
Make sure that the chips you use are sturdy enough to hold the dip
Cut calories by subbing in fat-free sour cream and omitting the shredded cheese
If you’re not a ranch dressing family, sub in ¼ cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
Add protein with shredded chicken
Cut back or eliminate the cayenne pepper if your family isn’t a fan of spicy flavors
